What size dogs do these fit?
These fit dogs with a head circumference of 13.5 to 18 inches measured just behind the ears, and a muzzle circumference of 6 to 9 inches measured just below the eyes. Most medium-sized breeds fall within this range. Very large dogs and flat-faced breeds may not get a consistently secure fit.
How do I get my dog used to wearing goggles?
Start with two minutes at home: put the goggles on, give a treat, then take them right off. Repeat a few times over a couple of days before trying them in the car. Most dogs accept them within three to four short sessions once they associate the goggles with a ride.
Can these be used on a boat or at the beach, not just in the car?
Yes. The UV-tinted lens and windproof frame work equally well on a boat, at a bright sandy beach, in a truck bed, or during any activity where wind and sun glare are a concern. The silicone frame handles light splashing, though the goggles are not designed for submersion.
Do I need both straps, or can I skip the chin strap?
Both straps are needed for the goggles to work properly. The head strap holds the weight of the frame in place, while the chin strap prevents the lens from tilting upward when your dog leans into wind. Using only the head strap usually results in the goggles sliding off within minutes.

Great for outdoor use, fit is snug
My 45-lb mix wears these on trail runs and they protect her eyes from dust and branches really well. The fit is snug around her face which is good for staying on, but I wish there was a bit more padding on the lower edge of the frame. Still a solid pair for the price.

Solid goggles, took my dog a while
Quality is good and the lens is clearly UV tinted. My anxious rescue needed about two full weeks of short daily sessions before he'd wear them in the car. The product is fine, but if you have a nervous dog, it takes more work than the instructions suggest.

Nice quality but sizing is specific
These are well made and the dual strap design is clearly better than single-strap pairs. My boxer is on the larger end of the head measurement and the fit is tight. Not uncomfortable, but there isn't much extra adjustment room. Would recommend measuring carefully before buying.

Good fit, lens fogs up slightly at stops
The goggles fit my shepherd mix well and the straps are secure on the highway. My one complaint is slight fogging when we stop and the airflow cuts off. Not a deal-breaker for highway driving but worth knowing. Would be nice to have a vent option.

Works well but took patience to introduce
My border collie wanted nothing to do with these the first three times I tried. By session five she was tolerating them, and by session eight she wore them on a full car ride. The goggles themselves are solid and the dual strap holds. Just budget more introduction time than you'd expect.

Great for a second dog in the car
Ordered two pairs at once for my two dogs. The larger pair fits my lab well and the same size fits my golden retriever too. Both dogs accepted them after a few treat sessions. Having goggles on both during highway drives makes a real difference.

Recommended by my vet for eye sensitivity
My older dog has some eye sensitivity and my vet suggested protective eyewear for car rides. These fit the right size range and the UV tint is clear. He had some resistance at first but settled in quickly. His eyes are noticeably less irritated after drives now.

Sturdy and easy to adjust
The nylon straps and buckles feel like they'll last. Adjusted them to fit my 50-lb mix in about two minutes. My dog accepted them after three short sessions of putting them on and rewarding her. She wears them on our weekend drives without any fuss now.

Worth it for long highway drives
My golden hangs out of the window on any drive longer than 20 minutes. After a four-hour highway trip his eyes used to be watery and he'd rub his face for a while after arriving. With these on the whole trip, no irritation at all.

Good for truck bed rides
My cattle dog rides in the truck bed on slower roads and kicks up a lot of dust. These protect his eyes completely. The buckles are secure and I haven't had them shift at all on a bumpy dirt road. Solid pair for the price.

Head and chin strap is the right design
Every single-strap pair my neighbor's dog tried just rotated off his face. The dual strap design here is the correct solution. My own lab has been wearing these for two months and they stay exactly where I put them.

Bought for a rescue who hates restraints
My rescue dog is generally uncomfortable with anything on his head. Started with just two minutes and a treat the first day. By the end of the first week he was wearing them calmly for a 20-minute drive. The soft frame probably helped since it doesn't feel rigid.

My dog stopped squinting in the car
My weimaraner has very sensitive eyes and squints on bright drives even with the sun visor down. These goggles with the UV tint completely solved it. He took about four short sessions to get comfortable, and now he's fine.

Holds up through multiple washes
Wiped these down with a damp cloth after dusty trail rides and they've stayed in good shape. The lens hasn't fogged or scratched after about two months of regular use. My cattle dog wears them every time we take dirt roads to the trailhead.

Silicone frame sits flat, not digging in
Other goggles I tried had a rigid plastic frame that left marks on my dog's face. This one is flexible silicone with padding around the edge and it just sits flush without creating pressure points. My German shepherd mix doesn't try to paw it off.

Great gift for my sister's dog
Bought these for my sister whose golden retriever refuses to stay inside with the windows up. She said he took to them quickly after a few treat-and-remove sessions at home. The UV tint is visible and seems to keep the bright afternoon sun out of his eyes.

Lightweight for a pair of dog goggles
60 grams is less than I thought it would be. My greyhound is very sensitive to things on his face but he adjusted to these faster than any collar or harness I've put on him. He wears them on highway drives and his eyes are clear when we arrive.

Fit guide is accurate, worth measuring
Measured my dog's head before ordering instead of guessing and the fit was right on. The straps adjusted easily and I had it dialed in within a few minutes. My shepherd mix wore them for a two-hour drive and didn't paw at them once.

Good for beach and car both
My lab mix loves the beach but always came home with sandy, red eyes. These handle the wind and salt air well. The silicone seals reasonably well around his face without being uncomfortable. Rinsed them with warm water after and they cleaned up easily.

Finally a pair that doesn't slide
Tried two other brands before this one. Both slid up within minutes of a highway drive. The chin strap on these is what keeps them in place. My cattle dog wears them for the entire ride now without me having to pull over and readjust.

Bought two pairs for two dogs
Got a pair for each of my dogs after seeing how well the first one worked. My bigger dog (a mix, about 55 lbs) fits well within the sizing range. My smaller dog is on the lower end of the muzzle measurement and the fit is still secure.

Really happy with the build quality
The frame is flexible enough that it fits my dog's face naturally without pressing. Straps are proper nylon webbing, not the flimsy elastic some cheaper ones use. My rescue mix has been wearing these on weekend trips for about six weeks and everything still looks new.

Introduced them slowly, now no issues
Followed the advice of two minutes on day one with a treat. By day three my dog was tolerating them for a full short drive. Now he actually walks toward the car when I grab his goggles. The polycarbonate lens looks sturdy and hasn't scratched.

My dog looks ridiculous and I love it
My golden hangs his head out of the window every chance he gets. These fit well and the UV lens keeps the sun out of his eyes on bright days. The 60-gram weight is noticeable in my hand but my dog clearly doesn't feel it once they're on.

Chin strap is the real feature
I bought a single-strap pair from another store and it lasted one car ride before sliding up his forehead. These have the chin strap that locks everything in place. My border collie kept them on for the full hour drive to the lake.

Great fit for a medium-sized lab
Measured my lab's head before ordering and the fit guide was accurate. Snug but not tight, and the adjustable buckles made it easy to dial in. She wore them on our beach trip and her eyes were completely clear the whole time.

Perfect for our truck rides
My blue heeler rides in the back seat of the truck on dirt roads and her eyes were always red and irritated after. These have been a huge improvement. The silicone frame sits comfortably and she doesn't try to rub them off anymore.

Works better than I expected
Was skeptical about dog goggles but my Australian shepherd started pawing at his face after long drives. These sit really flat against his face and don't press into his nose like a cheaper pair I tried before. He needed two or three practice sessions at home, then he was fine with them.

My golden actually keeps these on
Bought these after my golden retriever kept squinting on highway drives with the window down. The double strap system really does work, the chin strap is the part that makes the difference. He wore them for a full 45-minute drive without shaking them off once.
