I’m trying to return

Took FOREVER to receive item and it came damaged.

Arrived broken. Asked to return it and was told to send pictures. I did. They offered me 30% of my $129 and I could keep the broken fountain. Do not buy from this company. I will revise this review if I ever get my money
back.

The water empties but doesn't put fresh water so cats go to an empty fountain and they don't go back because its empty when they want to drink

I did not receive the cat fountain

The white and steel colorway looks clean and fits most kitchens but I was hoping for a darker option to match my setup. Functionally it is excellent: the dual-chamber system keeps water noticeably cleaner, cleaning takes less than five minutes weekly, and my cat started using it on day one. Just a personal preference on the aesthetic side.

With two cats using it throughout the day the battery runs down in about 10 days rather than the two weeks listed, which makes sense given the higher cycle frequency. Still very manageable since the USB charge is quick. The water quality difference compared to our old recirculating fountain is genuinely noticeable.

Love that it is wireless and the stainless bowl stays so much cleaner than my old plastic fountain. My only note is that the clean water tank is a bit tricky to fill without spilling when it is nearly empty, mostly because of the angle. Not a dealbreaker at all, just took a refill or two to get the hang of it.

My tabby is cautious about anything new and it took about three days of leaving the fountain next to his old bowl before he committed to using it. Once he made the switch he has been at it multiple times a day. The fresh dispense seems to be what won him over. Just factor in a transition period.

The fountain works exactly as advertised and my two cats took to it within a day. The dispensing schedule options are helpful but I wish I could adjust them from my phone instead of pressing the buttons on the unit directly. Minor complaint for an otherwise excellent product. The stainless steel bowl is spotless after three weeks.
