Motion-Activated Bouncing Ball Dog Toy

It arrived on Saturday afternoon, 9/12/26. We gave it to our dog, Tilda, around 9pm. We have hardwood floors and she didn’t like the noise it makes so she picked it up and played with it in the couch or in her kennel. By the next morning, she chewed a lot of the orange coating off! We had to take it away from her because she had little orange pieces in her poop Sunday night.
Great idea but very bad execution. It’s not good on hardwood floors and much too easy for dogs to bite the coating off. I would not recommend this toy & hope you honor your 30-day satisfaction guarantee.

Originally bought this for my dog but my two cats are just as entertained by it. They bat at it and chase it around the kitchen for surprisingly long stretches. My dog still has to wait his turn. I wish the charging port were a little easier to access, but overall this is a clever toy that earns its keep.

The ball worked great for the first few weeks and my dog really took to it. The outer shell started to show some wear around the edge where it screws on, which surprised me given how durable the material is supposed to be. Customer service was responsive but it still slowed me down. The product concept is solid and I would give it another chance if the shell holds up better long term.

The outer shell has not scratched the floors at all, which was a concern going in. Solid build quality and my dog still treats it like something new every single session.
