Leak-Proof Dog Water Bottle with Built-In Bowl

Overpriced. Advertised as 10oz (which I paid more for), but actually only has an 8oz storage capacity. You cannot "store" water with the cup open; as in, you cannot carry the bottle around with the open cup while walking. The water doesn't fully drain back into the bottle because the lip of the bottle protrudes too high. You will likely have to spill some water out. The same exact item for 1/3 of the cost is sold in multiple other shops; I didn't realize this as the photos looked different than the product I received. The product received was what is the same as the less expensive listings elsewhere. I thought I was supporting a small business, not a drop-shipped product. The cup also doesn't rotate up to open, as I saw advertised or commented. Rather, the silicone cup flips up, so the exposed side is what your dog drinks from and the underside is what hugs the body of the bottle when flipped back down. I would have to bear the cost of return, which is how companies scam you into keeping misadvertised products.

It's easy to rinse and clean. I just feel mislead despite looking into and comparing products. I should have known better than to buy a product without video or other confirmations of specs.

Product itself is everything I hoped for. My rescue shepherd took to it immediately and I love the zero-waste design. Shipping took about 10 days longer than the estimated window, but the product itself made the wait worth it.

My Great Pyrenees has a really large snout and the bowl is slightly small for him to get a good drink without tilting his head. Still works and he drinks from it, but a larger bowl option would be great for giant breeds. Everything else about it is excellent.

The bowl takes a couple of attempts to snap back into place properly when you are rushing. Once you get the feel for the angle it becomes second nature. My husky drinks from it every day and the insulation really does keep the water cool.

My golden retriever can empty this in about two drinks, so I need to refill once on longer walks. For a medium dog it would be perfect as-is. The build and mechanism are excellent and I have had zero leaks. Would buy again, maybe the larger version next time.

Took this on a 6-mile trail run with my weimaraner and it held up perfectly. The carabiner clip attaches to my hydration pack strap so my hands stay free. Water was still cool at the end of the run.
