Dog Life Jacket with Padded Chin Float

I wish I could give zero stars. I’ve lost all faith that this is going to show up this summer.

I would give this company zero stars if I could.

I ordered a dog life jacket from Bowsly over two weeks ago, and it still hasn’t arrived. The worst part isn’t even the shipping delay—it’s the complete lack of customer service.

I’ve emailed the company three separate times asking for an update on my order. Every response has completely ignored my questions and provided no useful information. It’s clear they either don’t read customer emails or simply don’t care about addressing legitimate concerns.

When you spend your money with a company, you expect at least basic communication if there’s a problem. Bowsly has failed on every level. At this point, I have no idea if I’ll ever receive my order.

Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend avoiding Bowsly and purchasing from a company that actually values its customers and provides honest communication. Save yourself the frustration and shop somewhere else.

Ordered July 9th 2026. Recieved email with tracking number July 11th 2026 but the link doesnt work. Now July 26th and no word on the status of my order.

This vest is perfect for our medium lab mix and the sizing is accurate for most dogs. My friend tried it for her giant breed and the XL was just barely not big enough. It would be great to see a bigger option. For standard large dogs the fit is exactly right.

In the pool it's perfect and our border collie looks completely comfortable. In stronger river currents it drifts a bit under the vest, though nothing serious happened. We still use it every outing and feel much safer than without it.

The vest works great in the water once it's on. The part that takes practice is getting the belly straps cinched correctly so it's snug but not tight. Once you figure out the right adjustment it goes on fast. Just plan for a few tries at first.
