Does the fountain need electricity or batteries?

What size water bottle fits?

Any standard bottle with a neck diameter around 1.2 inches (3 cm) fits, which covers most 500ml, 1L, and 1.5L bottles from the grocery store. One bottle is included in the box so you can start right away.
